“Working with Wiz for the last three years has been a huge part of taking my game to the next level and preparing my body to play at the professional level. I knew that every day I stepped into his weight room, he would use the data and his expertise to help me become the best version of myself possible. I wouldn't be where I am with his training.”
Richie Saunders
“What stands out about Wiz is his attention to detail, high-level professional experience, and modern approach to training athletes. His system emphasizes purposeful work that builds confidence and translates to results.”

Yes, it’s beginner-friendly
My athlete has never lifted a weight. Is that a problem?
No. Most athletes start here. They learn to move well first, and the bar comes later.
How big are the groups?
Ten athletes to a coach at most. Athletes train with others at their level, so everyone gets real coaching.
What does it cost?
The Fast Start Assessment is $99. Silver ($139) and Gold ($219) add training sessions to it. After your assessment, we'll help you find a plan that fits.
Where do sessions happen?
Everything happens at our Pleasant Grove facility at 2416 W 700 S Suite 107. Families come from all over Utah County. Hours are Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
